Marlynes 2 is in a very quiet, private gated road situated a few hundred yards from the boulevard de la croisette. A minutes walk will take you to both palm beach and petit plage as well as well as several local supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, butcher and post office. The palais du festival is a 10-15 minute walk along the beach and the a8 bus runs in a loop from your door along the croisette and back again several times each hour.
